This place is mind-blowing! The location is super, with jaw-dropping views and within walking distance of all the top attractions. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, cooktop, microwave, and even a washer/dryer. The dining room table is great for meals, and the bathroom is luxurious with a great bathtub. The bed is extremely comfortable, making for a perfect night's sleep. The apartment is clean and tidy with clear instructions. The host is kind and responsive. this is the best accommodation I've ever experienced and I'll definitely be returning in the future.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in the heart of the Grassmarket. Great value for money with a fantastic room that had everything I needed, including a comfy love seat that I could sleep on when I was feeling under the weather. The location was perfect, surrounded by great food and shopping options, and within walking distance of Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. The highlight for me was the convenience of having a washer/dryer, oven, cooktop, and microwave, as well as a spacious dining room and a luxurious bathtub. The bed was really comfortable and the whole place felt clean and spacious. The added bonus was being able to hop on and off the tour bus, which stopped very close to the apartment. I would definitely book this place again, I absolutely loved it!

As for the breakfast, it would have been great to have a wider variety of options on the menu.
